Summer Cow Reservation (deposit)

Reserve your guaranteed Summer Cow from Slowcow Ranch. This deposit holds your spot for our limited seasonal butcher dates and is applied directly toward your final total.
 
Estimated Total Price:
Most customers invest $3,500 to $4,500 for a whole cow, depending on final hanging weight and current beef prices. This range includes all processing and packaging fees.
 
Payment Structure:
Your initial deposit reserves your cow. You may make monthly payments toward your remaining balance at any time between your reservation date and butcher date—no interest, no fees, and no credit check. The cow must be paid in full by butcher time. You may pay your remaining balance early or at pickup.
 
Pickup Location:
Ashton Farms Meats – Fillmore, UT. Cut and wrap included.
 
After You Reserve:
You will receive a confirmation email with your timeline, instructions, and a link to your Custom Cut List Form, along with updates leading up to butcher week.
